ACH Customers

ACH CUSTOMERS: There was an error made with our new billing system. Many of you were charged again at the end of October for your accounts. We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion! This early charge has resulted in a credit balance to your account. You will NOT be charged in November for your account. Your next bill will be processed around December 26th. Moving forward, the ACH payments will no longer be processed on the 12th but will be processed around the 26th of every month.
